About The Casual Cat Cafe
We offer cuddle time with adoptable cats in a comfortable setting as well as private cat boarding. We also sell a variety of cat themed items and accessories, keurig coffee, sodas, & snacks. For an entry fee you can snuggle up and play for 1 hr with some of DFW's most eligible kitty's! We also host events such as Yoga with Cats, Painting with Cats, and Crafting with Cats. All of the cats in our cat lounge are available and ready for adoption. We work with local rescues and shelters to provide us with adoptable cats. Cats are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. 100% of the adoption fee goes back to the sponsoring rescue or shelter of the cat adopted.

Very homey and clean!! The workers there are very sweet and hospitable, and clearly very dedicated cat lovers. I was wanting to adopt but there were others who were just here for the de-stress and the cats and that was okay too! A tiny shop with coffee, snacks, and cat related merch is kept on one half of the store while the cat part has lots of comfy chairs and spots for cats to just be cute and hang out with you. They also give you some treats so you can bait cats out of their shell. The cats themselves are friendly and lovely, with all kinds and personalities around. The kittens are a riot!

we came in around the kitties' naptimes, and it was a pleasant experience ! the place is very clean and the cats have a lot of space to roam around. They cats are so friendly and social, one walked up to me and started rubbing his face against my legs lol. >The staff is also friendly and professional. we were greeted at the front and since we were first timers, they gave us a run-down on the rules and expectations of the place. >there are also snacks (chips, soda, coffee) for about $2 and they allowed us to feed the cats treats (for an additional fee of $1). >overall a unique and relaxing experience, would go again 😋

First time I’ve been to a cat cafe/lounge. Love this place, lots of toys you can pick from to play with the cats. Pretty good amount of sitting area also. Love that can bring in your own food or drinks even can DoorDash/uber some food. Would definitely come back :)

So many kitties and great price! Didn’t feel rushed and every cat had a unique personality. Staff is very friendly. And per the cat smell, ALL cat spaces have a smell— so if you’re not used to being around cats that might throw you for a loop. It’s NOT dirty in there, just loved.

Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. Thank you to the lovely staff at The Casual Cat Cafe especially Ren, LillyAnn, and Erin who sent us lovely postcards updating us on how each day went. Some pictures of my boy from the staff below!
